In Izu you will not go hungry as many of the restaurants will go way above and well beyond your expectations.

Naturally, Izu is known for it's seafood, and if you are interested in the catch of the day then there are a few dishes you must try while you are here. Make sure you sample some of the kin-me-dai (splendid alfonsino) which is arguably the tastiest fish in the sea.

Would prefer to do your own cooking? We have a fully stocked kitchen you can use, or enjoy a tabi-tabi Backyard Barbecue Party.  We have table top barbecues so you can sit, cook, and relax yakiniku style in our cozy backyard. For safety reasons we are asking people not to bring their own barbecue, just bring your meat, fish, and veggies and all your favorite toppings. For ¥2000 we can provide you with picnic tables, benches, backyard lighting, tongues, platters, a barbecue, charcoal, grills, and plenty of dishes.
